Absolutely terrible, the main branch in Den Bosch. You can't reach anyone; you have to call your general number. The counter clerk could have worked from home. Why have an office if you, as a customer, are forced to arrange everything yourself online or by phone? Customer service has zero complaints and shouldn't be taken seriously! The phone staff are completely unfriendly, completely indifferent, and offer no help, just a litany of guidelines. Thinking along with the customer... it's not part of their job description. Call again, and you'll get a different employee on the phone who's apparently also at home. You can almost hear them yawn. I wouldn't be surprised if they're at home in bed watching TV or using a game console with their boss's laptop and phone. Customer focus is completely ignored. They only work in the interest of the bank. Rabobank is not recommended for customers who expect to encounter humanity. They only demonstrate social responsibility by supporting charities and

Terrible customer "service" that refuses to help me. I've been a customer for 54 years as the sole account holder, and as of this year, I'm no longer authorized to view or download my own bank statements! I filed a complaint, but I'm simply fobbed off with standard responses and no solution. And for this "service," we have to pay increasingly higher monthly fees. Maybe spend less on sponsorship and more on service?! Update: While paying for an order with a reputable company, this worthless bank suddenly blocked my bank account due to a fraud investigation. They don't know the reason for this. And now I can no longer access my own money or use my debit card to buy groceries and pay my monthly bills. Because of this behavior, I'll soon be labeled a defaulter. But luckily, they can debit their own charges and credit card statement. Double standards; put your own bank first, and the rest can go to hell.

Unfriendly office. Hardly any parking for clients or staff. Very narrow streets. Completely built-up. Everything is crammed together. Perhaps move to a friendlier, more welcoming environment?
