Around 2 PM on September 26th, I met a very helpful and considerate customer service representative (Wu Shurou) and a security guard. They warned me that there were a lot of people opening accounts today and that I might have to wait an hour or two. They suggested I go to another branch and even called to confirm. Thank you!
