Worst branch ever. Incompetent staff. They behave bad. Every time you go you face some issue. Sometimes they're not available with cash. Sometimes they have issues with system. Even If there is no issue you need minimum half to 1 hour for 1 transaction. They're really very slow.

Most pathetic bank you can visit in Rawalpindi. The staff is incorporative and Lazy. The guy on right side while entering the bank(Also employee of the month when I visited) is so rude. Not only this, Just so you know here is my experience with this branch. I tried opening account here and I applied for Savings account debit card. I told that guy twice that open my savings account and he also replied 'OK' but Woah after 5 days I'm getting surprise that I've opened a current account and When I told them It's their fault, they told me to reopen the account. Not recommended at all.
