Great service and modern decor. Have been here s few times for local deposit service. Staff (including security employees) always greet you with smiling faces. Big thumb up!
This used to be Taipei Bank and I have account with them from a long, long time ago. Came here to get my account reactivated, get an ATM card, also get the info to set up online banking. It was a Friday afternoon and we were the last customer, but 陳雅茵 was not hurried. She was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and always with a smile on her face. Compared to the experience I had earlier at HSBC Songjian branch, this was a hundred times better.
Tellers don't seem to know how to handle overseas transactions.
Just wasting your precious time.
