Very bad customer service. Today i visited 2nd time and security guard misbehaving with people because they receive call. I noticed one female bank worker using cell phone and taking selfies from constant 15 min in center of sitting area. At same time security guard came and he misbehave with someone for using phone. Then i open my camera just to show this security guard what he is doing. He came suddenly and ask me me rude tone camera is not allowed then i replied him in my way rules is not only for customers why u didnt stop bank employee making videos and selfies when she listen my voice she run. And security guard also didnt reply me. I just want to say your bank management is very week. I just moved to pakistan and i want to open investment accounts with 50 million pkr with your bank but i am really very disappointed with your staff behavior you can check cctv same branch. Very very poor service dont go this branch .

I don't remember that they ever have picked up the phone. For several days I have tried to call them on their given numbers but no answer at all. pathetic customer service..

1.3rd Class Branch and 3rd Class Staff Specially Cheque Online Transfer Staff and Lady Staff at Account Opening Section. 2. They are busy in Entertaining Big Desposit Customers. 3. Won't Recommended anyone to visit this branch to do any Transactions.
