One of the staff names Ali is very rude and he has no skill of communication and deal customer like Thanidar.I complaint his behavior to branch manager maimoona gondal but manager didn't take strict action.

Not much crowded in normal days and building is good. But staff needs to be more helpful and polite.

Staff is so much misbehave with their client and i have never seen in any bank like that stafff.. Specially the sales manager uses bad language and the guy is totally mad... Ubl is going day by day down due to their staff .. I am rugular ckient of ubl bank but staff dissatisfied me...
