What a worthless bank. You can't transfer money. The account is put on hold without notice, while you think the money has been transferred, despite having a sufficient balance. The card cannot be used for contactless payments. The customer service phone number is nowhere to be found on their site. Time for a different and environmentally conscious bank. Oh, and if you call to ask how all this is possible, they can't help you because "the system" is down!
