Terrible service. I've been waiting for two months and five days to resolve an issue caused by one of the representatives who worsened my case by switching me from BEM to BEP without my consent. The manager helped me resolve one of the problems; she clearly has experience. However, the last time I spoke with another representative, it was the same story. There's no response. They told me 72 hours, and it's been since January 28th, and now it's February 12th.

Terrible service, terrible branch. As an account holder, it feels like they're doing you a favor by serving you, always begrudgingly. They never have change, or they refuse to give it with a thousand excuses, which I'll report to Banxico (the Bank of Mexico). The employees eat breakfast during work hours and ignore the customers. Every visit to the bank is a bad experience; I think I'll close my account. "The Strong Bank of Mexico," yeah right…

The service from the "executives" is terrible. They can't guide you on mobile banking services. The equipment they have is in poor condition. For example, the fingerprint reader doesn't work properly, and they make numerous attempts before they can complete any transaction. Furthermore, their attitude is arrogant and dismissive. The service was so awful that less than a month after opening an account at that branch, I finally closed it. I never received good service or treatment, except from the tellers. I absolutely do not recommend that bank, and even less so that branch. I hope that at some point they acquire the necessary equipment to provide decent service and train their staff.

This branch is a complete and utter dump. The tellers don't know their jobs or the procedures. On December 14, 2022, I went to pay a bill, and the teller at window 3 didn't enter all the information, even though I told her she had to. This is the worst bank I've ever seen. I don't think they even train their tellers. You're better off going to other banks because the service here is the worst there is. A truly awful bank!
