Its horrible experience to have business with UBL, you people behave with costumer worse then animal, in month of Ramadan costumer standing out side under the sun, staff enjoy inside , lot of place available but does not allow customer to enter. lot of place available to put chairs for costumer. or you can have arrangement for shelter out side, I don't know why not senior management take interest.

Timing lasts at 5:30 but security guard close the gates at 5:00 only specific person like with reference can enter into branch after 5. So sad to see that today.
