ING Bank 38 Willemsplein Arnhem

For three months I have been trying to open an account due to my mistake. I tried by phone twice, then I requested an appointment at this office after going to the office several times. Because of my weakness in speaking, I was expelled from the office. I went to them after a week and they told me to wait And the employee told me that I should find another bank. After another week, I went to the office on May 27th. I found a good employee. I asked her about opening my account. She told me that there was nothing new and that I should just wait. I told her that I did not want to deal with this bank again. I want Deleted all my personal data and it was done quickly

Spoke with a very friendly girl..very helpful ....but I had to ask her could we move away as people were sitting right there listening to our conversation. Meanwhile, another girl was assisting some gentleman and the whole bank was following the discussion. Love that you have a service to walk in and ask ..but please privacy!

Zero privacy. For the bank, I will expect at least some kind of privacy when you need to solve your financial situation.... but here they take you on "bar chair" 3 meters from others, or even they will start talking about your situation on the sofa while others are sitting around. Bank should have at least boxes for privacy.... Also, it didn't help me much with my problem and told me, "Call our info number, they will help you. ".... So what is the purpose of this office?
