Unprofessional response

We've been waiting for an hour and only five customers have left. The slowest service in Jordan. There aren't even enough waiting chairs. We still need another two hours. Every other transaction in Jordan takes fifteen minutes, except here; you have to work a full-time shift. There are other Islamic banks that are better; they can get any transaction done in fifteen minutes.

The bank is a mess in terms of service. The employees aren't working, unfortunately. The bank is packed, and only one employee is working; the rest are just standing around. I waited 40 minutes to make a deposit, and there were more than 18 people ahead of me. My number was 124, and my counter number was 104, but only two people were served in those 40 minutes. I urge the management to pay more attention to this.

This bank is terrible. There are only two employees, and you can easily wait for more than two hours without your turn. You talk to a manager, and they say, "God help us, there aren't many employees." So why should I waste half my day? And I don't even get anything done. To be fair, the employees aren't to blame, but honestly, this bank is awful. My advice to anyone is not to open an account with this bank because you'll only suffer from the service.

This bank is terrible; the service is awful. The sign says the door opens at 10, but the door is only half open. When I asked if the door was open, the rude reply was, "No, no, it opens at 11." So why does it say 10? I don't recommend it.
