At 3 PM, it wasn't crowded, the service was quick, polite, and enthusiastic from the security guards to the staff.
Unprofessional attitude, staff unsupportive of customers. The ATMs frequently malfunction.
The staff were lazy and unhelpful, even though they could have done it for the customer :)))
The worst Tech branch I've ever been to. Just to get 1 card, I had to wait for over an hour. People who got their number later called first, people who got their number first called later. Many people couldn't stand it and had to leave first. The staff worked slowly. The manager sat in the corner of the house, talking on the phone and laughing all the time, not knowing how to supervise or urge the staff. It wasn't until 11:30, the end of the day, that a woman who wanted to go home so badly gathered all the customers' ID cards and processed them quickly; it took 4 customers only 5 minutes total.
The quality of service could be better. The procedures are slow.
