Techcombank (Vietnam Technological and Commercial Bank) - Thanh Da Branch This branch has a slightly smaller space compared to other branches, but the service experience here is excellent. The biggest plus is the enthusiasm right from the entrance; the security guard and tellers are all very friendly and welcoming to customers. The process is also quite fast, with no long waits. A reliable and pleasant transaction location for residents of the Thanh Da area.

The branch was small, and the staff just sat around doing nothing while customers waited. Only two staff members were there to receive customers; the rest were just sitting around making customers wait for nearly 30 minutes while they went to deposit money.

I really like using Techcombank's services; for over a decade, I've only used Techcombank, even though I have cards from other banks. However, I find Techcombank's credit card service extremely bad. The staff's advice was unclear, resulting in customers not receiving a refund of their annual fee. When I complained to the staff, they covered for each other. I asked them to send an email if they thought the advice was correct, but they refused. And when I complained to the hotline, they said they had processed it, even though I never received a call.

The staff here are enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. Unlike the Tech branch nearby, where they weren't as friendly and didn't want to help me open a business account! If you're going to Tech, go to this branch!
