This bank drew the worst image of Islamic banks in Jordan . They take advantage of people who believe that Islamic banks are true and honest. Arab Bank treats customers with respect and appreciation. They dress decently and talk politely unlike Islamic bank of Jordan- New zarqa branch

Poor service , crowded and too many fees !! Return on investments are not worth freezing your money .

The whole country is full of accountants, and they've hired an extra one for the evening shift! It's unbelievable that you come home from work and wait two or three hours at the bank, and the employees can't keep up. And then someone who's been waiting for fifteen minutes starts yelling and gets served before everyone else. Is this how things are done now, just so people can get their business done?!

Honestly, this is the best branch and the best guys there are all so polite, respectful, and classy, ​​especially the tellers. The best guys ever! And there's a bald manager, I don't know his name, but he's always smiling. Honestly, they're all great, especially Shadi and Hussam.

If you want to withdraw or deposit money, there are 10 people ahead of you, and you'll wait for an hour. Why? Because there are only two employees: one has been working for an hour with a customer, and the other is overwhelmed. And then someone takes their turn, leaves, and comes back, and they let someone else go. And then someone else takes the turn of someone who isn't there, and they let them go.
