The QR code scanning system frequently malfunctions, with 1-2 people waiting for over 30 minutes, resulting in excessively slow and inefficient transaction processing.
I don't understand why the branch only has two staff members handling transactions, and the processing time is incredibly slow. It was slow three years ago, and even three years later, there's still no improvement. I wonder if the head office is aware of this problem, because every customer seems to complain, and nothing has changed. I've been sitting here for almost an hour and still haven't finished my transaction with just one person.
