Worst professionalism. Worst communication. Slow as snail. Misguidance. I don't even know how they are even running this branch. Been a month and they have been lying, misguiding me about account opening and unresponsive. They don't attend calls.

Hello sir or madam I been yesterday ubl bahria town Islamabad for money withdraw but they got lonely 1 counter is open service is very slow and some your staff give to VIP service to other people with out token I got a token no 143 ,I am not from Pakistan I am from United kingdom.
