Outdated Traditional bank hides behind modern architectural facade yet nothing modern about it , they print a tree worth of paper for simple applications, feels like an old govt dept with all the bureaucracy, and the fees… always trying to sneak a couple, 5 or 15 JDs here and there for BS. I closed my accounts and kids savings cuz they keep charging ridiculous fees on a kids monthly savings account and they make it hard for those outside Jordan to keep the account active with the constant App updates and the never ending cycle of تحديث بيانات. Not to mention the service is subpar, there would 3 employees hovering over 1 computer doing some admin work while customers are waiting … 10 teller windows and only one was open dealing with a customer, 20 min wait till finished to get serviced… feels like an old public sector after all! Even the govt has gone digital and automated… I’m a change manager, y’all need desperately to hire some PM, BAs and change these processes before the rest of yo

Bad customer service

This is completely unprofessional! I was contacted and told that my account would be closed without any explanation of the reason for the closure, prior warning, or any convincing reason. It is simply the whims of individuals and not the bank's policy, even though the account has been officially opened with all the required supporting documents for a long time and there are no practices contrary to or violation of the bank's instructions.
