She took the time to understand the situation, explained my options clearly, and followed through until everything was fully resolved. Bana showed great professionalism, patience, and care which are nowadays a rare commodity. She is a great asset to this financial institute. The customer service for this bank is abysmal, don’t even attempt to call for any issues faced, you’ll just end up on hold for hours on end with the most frustrating background music (they don’t end up answering btw)
