The branch is tiny, the supervisor is either lazy or lacks sufficient knowledge. They close each account but say there's a fee and force the customer to pay for card cancellation. Then they tell the customer to come back the next day to pay so the system can update. I went to another branch and they were able to close the account. It's the same banking system, but one branch does it and another doesn't. Or are they just lazy and looking for subtle ways to get rid of customers?

The service was terrible. I already had an account and savings book at Techcombank, and when I went to open a card, the staff member asked me to leave my phone number so they could contact me, but then I heard nothing. I requested to open a card through the app, and I was given a Mastercard that wasn't added to Apple Pay. The customer service representative directed me to a branch. I went there again and met an older woman wearing glasses who wasn't very friendly. She told me to go to the Cao Thang branch, then submit an application to change the card, and wait for her boss to approve it to get a credit card. The procedure was confusing, and I received an unfriendly attitude. I closed my Techcombank card and it only took me 15 minutes to open a TPBank card, with no annual fee and Apple Pay working immediately. Overall, I've had transactions with several Techcombank branches, but this one was awful.
