This company has become incredibly customer-unfriendly in just a few years. I reported water damage on February 14th and was told I'd receive a call back. Three days later, I called again. A slightly irritated woman told me I had the wrong department, but she would pass it on. After almost a week, I emailed the branch manager, and lo and behold, three days later, I hadn't heard anything. I called again, but unfortunately, no one was there in that department. "Why on earth do you still use an insurance broker?" Well, when you get older and don't know the ropes, you expect things to be handled properly. NO WAY!

Deur Financial Services has been handling my insurance for several years, and I'm extremely satisfied. Whenever I have questions or changes, they take care of everything, and I receive a prompt response. I recently had a situation where I made a claim on one of my policies due to the cancellation of a vacation. Unfortunately, I had a tug-of-war with the insurer over coverage, but Deur Financial Services supported me with advice and action, and the matter was pursued almost continuously until I was able to return home and the insurer provided coverage. In short, Deur Financial Services stands by its customers. Highly recommended!

I went to Deur Makelaardij to ask if they had any rental properties and to look around. When I entered, the employee immediately acted suspicious. Then I left to do some grocery shopping at the Albert Heijn, 500 meters away. Once I arrived at the Albert Heijn, I went to pay at the cash register. After paying, I wanted to pack my groceries, but the same Deur Makelaardij employee was standing right in front of me. I tried to get past him, but he blocked my path. He asked who I was and where I was from. This was very strange. Apparently, the man (Theo Deur) found it strange that he had never seen me in his area before. I wasn't allowed to go through and finish packing my groceries until I told him where I was from (Leersum). Very strange and suspicious people. I hope they don't follow potential clients next time. Certainly not me, because I will never, ever buy a house from Deur Makelaardij.

Before the process was fine, thinking along, accessible. After the purchase, no effort was made to respond despite multiple reminders. Too bad for their rating from 5 star service to 2 stars, not recommended as far as we are concerned.

This week, after about three months, I finally settled the claim on my car, thanks to Deur Financial Services. The other party initially refused to submit the claim form to their insurance company, but thanks to Deur Financial Services' intervention, they were eventually successful and the claim was paid. Excellent service.
