Polite staff. No long wait as there are many counters. The security guard is very nice.
Unprofessional, they don't handle customer inquiries, send mocking private messages, claim brand new samples are old, and provide unenthusiastic support. I hope the customer service department reads these comments and retrains the staff at the Le Van Sy branch (99 Le Van Sy) on work ethics, methods, and professional skills so that the business can continue to grow.
