Worst experience in southeast asia trying to recieve western union money. After nearly an hour waiting the woman made up some story about my visa because she couldn't figure out how to recieve money. Easily the most unintelligent people I've ever encountered working at a bank anywhere in the world.
If you are a foreigner, I would highly recommend not dealing with this bank. Their service has gone so down hill over the past 5 years. They used to be stellar. Now it seems like no one there understands the various rules of their own bank On top of that, their mobile app is constantly down. Thus, you will be able to access your own money. Avoid
Poor service, staff were surprised when customers came in even though I was the only customer. The person who worked for me even texted me. In general, if there is work to do, then go, but the staff is unprofessional.
