Very bad response to their customer. Yesterday 11/2/2021 I go to UBL I9 branch for cash money which was sent by my friend from Dubai. The person on counter check and told me no one send u money. then i go to JS Bank next to UBL branch they check and give me that amount and said you received it. Kindly take action against that type of employees.

Very poor and pathetic service. The staff took more than 3 hours for a cheque. Stay away from UBL specially this branch

This is one of the slowest bank. Whenever i visit i find their server to be down. the staff is really slow seems like we'll get old standing. Most of the counters are empty and no one's sitting there. worst bank.
