A lot of red tape to open a bank account but the service I received was impeccable! The two persons who helped be spoke good English, were patient and very helpful. This branch (HQ) is huge but the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant.

Went there to get some documentation checked and was bloody impressed with everything. Parking inside so your bike is secure. Easy token availability and the executive was helpful. The bank staff who helped me was super awesome cause she not only took care of my actual issue but also pointed out inconsistencies in information in their system and proactively helped me change it. Would totally recommend 👍🏻

Terrible customer service. Inconsiderate, unhelpful and rude staff. Opaque processes. Fees for absolutely everything. Hours wasted to achieve very little. Save yourself needless hassle and cost and bank elsewhere.

The customer service is 0. 2h30 to create an account, 10 days to receive information about my card, 25k to print my contract (wth??)... I'd to go there 5 times to get my card because they don't communicate about any documents you should bring, the manager are behind the employee doing nothing, not even looking at you or the employee or even responding to them. There's no way to explain a situation, they're stuck in a process old from 50 years ago The beat digital bank in VN? What a joke
