An ideal location in the Hay Nahda district. Very nice design. The branch is very small and not at all airy. Unfortunately, all the employees seem to be providing services to customers for free. Catastrophic service. There are two counters with two employees, but only one is actually working. The branch has continuous hours, but the employees take their break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. with no respect for the customers who have been waiting in line for a few minutes. I do not recommend this branch at all.
The agency was nearby, and my initial phone contact was a pleasant surprise, which motivated me to complete my transactions with them. Their service was efficient and quick.
