Overall, the service is very poor with this bank. For example, every time I go to an ATM, I find it empty or out of service. When I go to another counter far away, I find it also has the same problem or a different one. In the end, I resort to using another bank's ATM. When I file a complaint by phone, they don't give me my complaint number. To me, this shows disregard for the customer and a lack of concern... God willing, I will change banks soon. Enough is enough.
