I wish to give 0 star instead of 1. Yesterday, I was at Bank Imam Muslim; the service was very bad. The lady in the right office didn’t follow electronic numbers. I was waiting for my turn for a while, suddenly another client came. She called her, even though she didn’t have a ticket number. I told the client, "Which number do you have?" The worker jumped from her office and said don’t ask clients about ticket numbers im here to serve anyone I like which she was screaming. When my turn came she told us only one person could enter my office but she served 2people together before my turn. She left us and went to lunch. It is not polite when customers are waiting for a long time and get treated like that. This location has bad services the workers are wasting clients' time. The service at the CIH Bank in M’Hamid 9 Marrakech is extremely poor. There was no one available to assist customers, and we waited for over an hour. When it was finally our turn, the staff member responsible went on a lunch break. There was a complete lack of respect for customers, who were treated very poorly. The interior is disgusting and not clean at all; chairs are broken. I am not satisfied at all.

The service is great, helpful and knowledgeable, but the wait times are a huge issue, it is a very popular bank among young people and it should adapt to the demand by maybe hiring more people especially that most issues you encounter with the app need to be resolved in person with a representative.

The location is good, the building is big. BUT the number of employees is too bad. I am having the feeling that only in Morocco you have to wait for hours to see a customer manager. My online password is not working, i called the support, they said i have to go on person. And to solve this on person, you have to take the day off, because you never know you will get your turn. I have been waiting for 1 hour now, standing (((((. Edit: by the time i edited this, it is 12:10 pm and still 5 to go.

Well, let me tell ya about the worst service you might ever run into. This place takes bad service to a whole new level, and trust me, that’s sayin’ a lot in Morocco. I waited for four whole hours after grabbin’ a ticket, only to watch the number on the wall stay stuck for two hours straight. It felt like the employee was on some kind of secret break while 600 people were just sittin’ around waitin’. Honestly, she should be in jail for wastin’ so much of everyone’s time. So, after all that waitin’, when I finally got to the counter and showed my national ID on my phone, they told me it wasn’t allowed. Now, I get that it might be different here, but everywhere else in the world seems to accept this. It was beyond frustrating, and I didn’t even get the service I was waitin’ for. In the end, I wasted an entire day for absolutely nothing. These employees really need to face some consequences for their illegal breaks and terrible attitude toward customers.
