Terrible experience. I used my bank card in the ATM machine here today, waited while it shirred abd counted money only to be told our of order. Oddly, seconds later my account has been debited by the exact same amount. Staff inside.. cannot do anything. Useless back, bad staff and lack of customer care. Last time this happened, 6 weeks passed before getting a refund. The reason? We need to checl the balance in the machine before taking any action.
