I'm not a Krungthai Bank customer. Today I went to contact the Half-Half program. There were a lot of people, but the staff provided excellent service. They didn't get irritated and spoke politely. Excellent! Thank you.
Commander, you should allocate more staff to serve customers. - The equipment (computers) is readily available, but there's a lack of staff to operate them. - The staff providing service are all lovely... don't add too much workload to them. - Please hire more counter staff. Thank you very much.
