I visited the Krungthai Bank Center on the first floor of Fortune Town, and it is a very popular place for opening bank accounts. Every day, there are many people coming to open accounts, and a large number of them are Myanmar nationals. The process of opening a bank account here is easy and convenient, and the staff are familiar with handling customers efficiently. Because of this, the bank center is busy almost every day. Overall, this Krungthai Bank Center at Fortune Town is a practical and reliable place for anyone who wants to open a bank account, especially for Myanmar customers looking for a smooth and simple process.

Banks in Bangkok is like going to DMV. Pull number and wait. Even the main office is same. Waiting for a teller is expected. This bank is open seven days a week from 11am to 8pm. When the bank open, all staff is ready to accept depoist/ withdraws. I was in and out in couple of minutes. But a couple of times the bill counting machine is incorrect. Watch out for that! As for tech support, don't expect you issue to be solve at the bank. Staff is very resisted calling their own tech support regarding their app. Usually, the next business day, IT fixes the problem.

A very bad service point. The staff did not solve the problem but complained and made things difficult for the guests. It was a really bad experience. I like Thailand very much, but this experience made me doubt that not solving the problem is just making things difficult for others. This is what they do.

Customer service is excellent. Bank staffs are very humble and patience for customer. My phone doesn't apply krungThai Next and It takes time so long but staffs try patiently. And then they explained details about ATM card benefits.

Very poor customer service! I have to encash my tax refund, but the staff were very unhelpful. I have all the proper documents and they are asking me for more. Very bad experience 😭
