I got at Q at10:32. There was one before us. To open an account, now 11:42 I am still waiting for the staff to push the button. Since the customer left for more than 15 minutes. That is so strange how the staff works.

The staff are very kind and help as much as they can. 🥺🙏🏻 There are a lot of people in the queue for half the price, but the staff are not irritated and are also very friendly.
The worst of the worst. I waited in line for almost an hour. They kept skipping customers, and many people who came later were served before me. They didn't even ask customers who came before me. I sat there until almost everyone was gone, and they still didn't ask. Terrible service! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
