Good Service, Fast and Reliable Service also ATM is always available 24/7 for money withdrawal, CCTV available, i have made many deposits in this bank without any problem with staff but only for people who want to open an account in this bank fees are higher than other Banking Companies
Absolutely bad,why? The security man always creates excuses like we don't have electricity just to not let me in because of my look.
Fees are still exorbitant. Customer service needs improvement. There's always a teller. Never a bin for receipts next to the ATM. For a bank that aspires to grow, it has a long way to go. The experience is almost always disappointing.
