As a customer of 18 years, I am deeply disappointed with the bank's current level of service. The most significant issue is the excessive waiting times that customers are forced to endure. Whether you're trying to speak with a representative in person or on the phone, the wait is unreasonably long and disrespectful to loyal customers like myself
Sometimes, just a simple meeting with an officer takes you one hour to one hour and a half of waiting.
