Too late service
One of the worst banks in Morocco with so lazy stuff ,some of them with no experience. I advice anyone to stay away of this bank .
Horrible
I opened a Moroccan bank account while living abroad ten years ago. If I'm not there in person, I can't go to the branch. No one answers the phone or emails, it's impossible to manage my account remotely, customer service is nonexistent. I've even filed complaints, written letters, called every day, but no one answers. I want to close the account, but I have to fly to do that! I never want to deal with them again! Awful! Awful! Awful!
The cashier went out to help someone who couldn't walk and drove him back to sign. At first, I got angry because I thought he'd abandoned his post. So I rewarded him with this message.
