Bad experience with one of the workers using the phone during work hours
I was very disappointed with my experience at the counter today. After making a payment, I simply asked for a receipt with a duplicate. The clerk coldly replied that it wasn't possible and told me to get a copy elsewhere. When I contacted the manager, he had the same attitude and even claimed to have never heard of the term "duplicate." This demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect. The service needs serious improvement.
That agency is rubbish, always packed with people; to withdraw money you have to wait all morning.
