Krungthai Bank ต เลขที่ 83/2 Phet Kasem Road

Very very slow workers. They spent 2.5 hours solving a problem they created themselves. The second time in a year exactly the same problem. Last time in another department they solved it in 10 minutes. Very very slow workers. How can thay open an account for 3 people in 52 minutes? Why only 3 workers? Where do they go every half hour?

For my fellow expats- you can pick up a Western Union transfer here. The bank was crowded and I waited for a while, but the process was super smooth!

Staff are nice but not enough of them! Over a 90 minute wait just to get a replacement savings book.

Came at 11am until 1 pm. Still yet my queue. Still waiting. .Look at the queue no. just about 20 queue when 11am. ....very very bad. Is this Bank?
