I had a wonderful experience at DBS suntec city branch .The staff , Vivian Chau and Azeen were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. They guided me through the process efficiently and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. Their professionalism and friendliness made the banking experience easy and stress-free. I have tried open an account and Instructed by a trainee. However, after 1 hour I still unable to open an account successfully. The trainer is seeking for help from experience officially but there is one India official not provide a friendly support thus ending with wrong application and need to wait for 3 days for the approval. The service is bad!

DBS Treasures Lounge in Suntec is fairly good sized but this place can’t cope with the crowds at peak hour. They should regulate how many guests a cardholder can bring into the lounge. It’s abuse when 1 person bring their entire village into the lounge for free drinks.
