I’m waiting 20 minutes in empty office just for make a statement certificate. Only one counter works for accounts and one for cash operations. 3 managers one hour talking, watching something and listen to music. So disappointed of their work, if I will have a chance to change a bank I will do it immediately

Terrible experience. Extremely slow service, you can easily spend a couple of hours waiting in line. The electronic queue system doesn’t work, so the security has to hand out paper tickets. The security guard is doing a great job - he’s the only bright spot.

Dear KTB Bank Branch Exchange Tower, I visited your Exchange Tower Bangkok branch on [05/06/2025] at 17:30 PM to replace my lost ATM card. I was assisted by the staff at Counter 5 , who refused to issue a new card even though I provided my original passport with a valid Thai marriage (NON-IMM) visa, as well as my book bank. She insisted on seeing additional documents like a driving license, which I believe are not required under standard policy. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, making the experience frustrating and disappointing. Please review this incident and ensure your staff are properly trained to provide accurate information and respectful service.

Worst service. Already have account. Visit for activate app due to change mobile. Account already normal and prepared passport bank book but they ask workpermit which is not relevant document for this job and insisting. Even they said not sure if digital work permit is OK for my next visit. Are you actively find a reason not to work? If I quit my job yesterday then so will you reject my approach to my account and occupy my money ? How you dare you have that right ? It's not first time for me change phone and visit branch. You are only one who ask weird request. Several bank - SCB K bank etc never ask for workpermit in this situation just activate immediately. Shame on you.
