Worse branch ever, employees are super slow, only one person the other was on break for more than 1 hour!! Each customer is taking +25 minutes to complete a simple transaction for deposit!! Not sure where is the manager the bank is out of control

I recently visited the BMCE branch in Sidimaarouf, Casablanca, to make a deposit of 3,000 dirhams. Unfortunately, the teller refused my transaction because I didn't have my Moroccan national ID card, even though I am a French citizen visiting Morocco. This seemed very unfair, as I expected to be able to use my passport as valid identification. It is disappointing to encounter such rigid procedures, especially for a simple banking transaction. Policies need to be more flexible to accommodate foreign customers who don't have Moroccan documents. I hope the bank's management will take this situation into account to improve its services for non-residents in the future.

To the senior management of this branded bank, please replace all management staff except the tellers. They ignore foreigners and don't care. Fortunately, we found another bank name and a better branch. It's not the banking system that has a problem, it's the staff. Many of my colleagues are switching to another bank brand because this bank branch is a joke.
