Kasikorn Bank - Jomtien Beach branch Bang Lamung District Pattaya City Chon Buri

It was very difficult to get anything done here. The staff at the service desk (particularly the first) is somewhat rude and even unknowledgeable on how to do things. It took a few visits to finally get the things i needed done which could've been simpler! The security guard and bank tellers are great though!

Very bad services. Employees doesnt care about you. They lie and are not responsible at all. Just Avoid !!!!

Opened bank account yesterday in just 25 minutes with the help of agent. Nice lady with good english at desk 8.

They are painfully slow here. Out of 4 customer service counters only one usually functions. Hence long long lines and long long waiting times. Choose another brunch. This one is awful

I was in a jam, needed cash and used this ATM with a foreign debit card I usually seek out the Governments Savings Bank (Pink Bank) ATM because they give the best rate. When I pulled the cash out the rate was a full 3 baht under the current rate. I then went over to the Government Saving Bank later in the day and I was within 1 baht of the current rate. I would say if you are a foreigner and wanting to pull cash out stay away from K-Bank they are the absolute worst just wanting to take advantage to foreigners.
