Awful service. In order to open a bank acc you have to come with a person who speaks finnish although cashier speaks fluent english. It is called a company policy (apparently now the lesser people bank have the better), which also speaks quite broadly what kind of attitude you will receive in this bank.

There was enough of a queue, so that's a deduction. The customer service representative gets a full 10 for friendliness and helpfulness.
