1 minute wait and got my bank account on the spot, very friendly attention as well. It's the 2 doors next to the customer service, don't get confused by the old pictures.

I booked an appointment online before going so I didnt need to wait. Thank you to Stella for all her help while opening my bank account!

Our appointment was at 9am, but was let in at 9:50... Our clerk was new, with no supervisor to help her. She was very kind and apologetic, but because of a lack of support, very slow. I was amazed at how low efficiency this bank was, and I pray that I never have to visit it again. In all we spent 2 hours to open a bank account. Recommendation: Show up at 9:55am and wait in front of the number dispenser and you'll be first in line.

The worst bank in the world.. come to India i will show you how the bank works smoothly and superfast there for 125 million people n u could not handle 6 million people.. worst service with slow opening procedure. it's been over 2 months now still not received online banking credentials..
