Great, competitive exchange rate. Super quick service. Separate desk for exchange.
Extremely slow and inefficient staff. There were over 20 queues and only 3 out of 4 counter was opened. Each customer takes over 10 minutes.
Terrible branch. Long waits and unhelpful staff that just tell you something can’t be done because they’re either unsure how to do it or too lazy to figure it out.
Amazing service! I was really worried as a foreigner opening a bank account but my Customer Service Office Jakkraris Sengna went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. Helped me set up my account, my atm card, AND my app (even with my 4g/5g failing on me half way haha) Thank you so much Jakkraris!
