Good and Professional Services. Their staff are well-educated and skillful. They are able to give advices to customers professionally. The service time is fast. Not a long queueing time for waiting. Inside the building, there are nice decorations while the building has been well-maintained according to its age.

Their performance is grossly deficient: Zero Initiative: Banks act as passive holding entities, refusing to take any proactive steps to assist in the restitution process. They simply state the matter is "up to the police only", shirking responsibility. Poor Communication: Contacting bank officials is extremely difficult (countless calls). When contact is made, different officers provide different answers, demonstrating a lack of training and coordination. System Failure: The bank's internal system shows no transparency. They refuse to provide freeze orders, case mapping, or a clear separation of "clean vs. disputed funds". Good bank branch with all services in a modern and large building. However the opening times are terrible. Close at 3.30pm and not open on weekends. Making it very hard to actually visit the branch if you have a job.

KBank Koh Phangan is an absolute joke. Their ATM swallowed my card and the staff refused to help at all. I offered a video call and ID from the owner, and they just sat there saying "can’t help" like robots. Zero common sense and zero empathy for travelers. Now I’m stuck on an island with no money because they’d rather hold a piece of plastic hostage than be human. Absolute trash service.

Very disappointed and felt discriminated. I am a scholar student from chulalongkorn university and today I went there to open an account. I showed them my certificate of admission and my visa which is an Ed-plus. But they refused to open me an account saying that my 2years master degree program is just a short term course. Then, how should I receive my monthly allowance from the university? Feeling discriminated.👎👎👎👎
