It's a bit difficult for foreigners. You have to answer a lot of questions. I was forced to submit a labor contract to open a bank account (???). I understand being turned away if you show up without a reservation, but when I asked, "Can I make a reservation now? I'll come back another day," they said, "No, please go home and make a reservation by phone." Later, I looked up how to open a bank account online. It took about 5 minutes, and it was super easy. I've concluded this is discrimination against foreigners.

Conveniently located just outside Shinkaichi Station's West Exit 4. In addition to its own branch, the store also manages an unmanned ATM near Shin-Nagata Station. From August 4, 2025, the store will be relocating and operating within the Kobe branch.

Unfortunately, it will only be open until the end of July. It will remain open for a little while in August, but they will be relocating and merging with Sannomiya.
