It's on the second floor, but the entrance is a little confusing. I went there for a consultation about NISA, and they prepared the necessary documents and explained everything thoroughly. They were able to handle everything on the spot, and I was able to do everything I wanted. If you clarify what you want to do and prepare accordingly, the process goes very smoothly. The service was excellent.

My request was extremely complicated and troublesome, but the male bank employee was kind and courteous and helped me solve it. I'm so grateful.

I visited to open a new account, but like everyone else, I received a simply disappointing response. They seem to often refuse to open new accounts, so if that's the case, I think they should state on their website that they don't open accounts. Overall, I think it's best not to use them.

The staff were very polite. It was helpful to have a large deposit machine.
