First off, if you don’t speak Finnish or Swedish do not go to this bank. They offer no online services in English. Navigating their online presence is incredibly difficult, requiring a visit to the bank to do something as simple as reset a password. Banking in Finland can be tedious, but these guys have making things difficult down to an art form.
Wonderful customer service
Swift transfers not allowed between Finland and Kyrgyzstan from this bank. Shame on it, Kyrgyzstan is not Russia and it is not under any sanctions.
Really bad service. It is completely impossible to handle the financial affairs of my mother, who has multiple disabilities and dementia, with them.
Bad service. One and only office in Helsinki. You have to wait 2-4 days for written answers to questions and the calls you order don't come at all
