UBA Bank Gana Street Maitama Abuja

I had a nice banking experience the staff are very friendly and courteous, I had this dry cough that was almost choking me at the time I visited, the customer service lady that was attending to me quickly ran to get me a cup of warm water, I was amazed and really thankful, because she left what she was doing to do that. That was really thoughtful of her. The hall is not usually crowded and they have multiple atms outside. Though no much parking space

More than one hour for a naira transfer, face recognition wasn't working, finger print sensor wasn't working for a while as well. A lot of waste time . Not impressed by UBA

Very poor customer service@transcorp Hilton branch...today 4th Feb, 2022..I walked up to the lady at the front desk -greeted her,no response,said hello,no response then asked her if she's attending to customers--the manner she stared at me like I was disturbing her peace & said what do u want? 😲 I told her I wanted to open her account with the bank but due to the way she looked at me and the attitude she displayed- I walked away without any apology from her...she was seated beside the lady who wore hijab...very poor customer service ...

A good place with a courteous staff. Thanks to Mr Precious, the guy is damn good.

They told me the network was good then didn’t post my transaction in about an hour. Horrible experience
