I recently visited UBA on Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way to address pertinent issues with two accounts I have with them. Upon entering the bank, I was kindly greeted outside by the security men and inside by Mr. Daniel Adisa who helped direct me to the Customer Service Manager Ms. Sarah Aziegbe. I was very grateful for the Customer Service Manager Ms. Sarah Aziegbe, and her team, specifically: Mr. Daniel Adisa, Mr. Marvellous Olukolade, and Ms. Rebecca Aghagha were the ones whom my sister and I interacted with during our 3-hour necessary process. Though long, it was full of professionalism, patience, laughs and meticulous attention to detail which allowed me to leave feeling that some of my assets were in great hands. This is my second time using this branch and both times were lovely experiences. Thank You!
