Excellent service, excellent customer care, hospitality, warmth, everything was explained and explained clearly. I've been a bank customer for 20 years, and I only go here. I recommend it.
Together since 1999, now it is the best bank!
The most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. They act like they're there to chat, not work—they're discussing personal matters loudly while people stand in line for 15-20 minutes. They're completely indifferent to customers: instead of serving an elderly person or a woman with a baby, the staff are glued to their phones. It feels like you've stumbled into a frat party during recess, not a bank. This bank deserves the title of worst in terms of professionalism. Disgraceful.
I was there at the new location with my grandfather a few days ago. Everything was explained clearly and well, and they helped us at every level. The new department is modern and has everything we need.
